Little Lingoes | Spanish or Mandarin Chinese classes

Congratulations! You’ve just taken the first step in linking your child to learning a second language. Little Lingoes, located in Greenville, SC, is the first language immersion center of its kind in the Upstate of South Carolina with a curriculum designed for children ages 2 - 8 years. Programs for older children are in development.

We presently offer Spanish or Mandarin Chinese programs taught in the native language by gifted instructors in a fun, engaging, culturally interactive- environment.

Studies prove the sooner a child is exposed to a second language, the greater the mastery. Because young brains start out with twice as many synapses, children are better able than adults to learn a second language and to speak it like a native. However, this natural capacity starts to diminish by age 6 and disappears as they grow into young adults. Waiting until high school or later to learn a foreign language proves to be more difficult.
